We are so excited to welcome all of our lovely clients back to our salon. We have been busy during closure to get the salon ready for reopening. Our client’s safety and comfort are the so important thing to us; things will be different but hopefully not for long. We want to let you know what to expect when you return to the salon, so please have a read of the information below!

 

  • Only visit the salon if you have an appointment.
  • Please do not arrive early as we have no waiting area at the moment and will be unable to let you into the salon.
  • If you arrive late, we will not be able to look after you.
  • When you come into the salon, you must wait to be let in.
  • You must use hand sanitizer at the front door.
  • You will not be permitted to wear gloves into the salon. Gloves carry germs, if you wish to wear them we will provide you with a pair.
  • Staff will be wearing masks. If you choose to wear mask please ensure they have ear loops.
  • Staff will wash hands regularly. They will also have hand sanitizer at their units.
  • Magazines will not be available in the salon. You may bring your own and we ask that you take it home with you too.
  • We will be offering tea and coffee in disposable cups.
  • We will be washing towels after every use, as we have always done.
  • We will be using either disposable gowns or our regular ones. Our regular gowns will be washed after every use.
  • Staff will be cleaning and sterilizing their units, tools and equipment after every client.
  • We ask that you cancel your appointment if you or someone you have been in contact with is sick. Our cancellation policy will be flexible.
  • Anyone showing signs of illness will be turned away, we may use a no- touch thermometer.
  • We ask that if you become unwell while in the salon to inform a member a staff straight away, we have policy and procedure in place to help you.
